How can I buy tickets for Livestock 2023?

Can you volunteer at the festival in exchange for a weekend ticket?

Yes, a limited number of positions are available for friendly, enthusiastic and energetic people available before, during or after the festival.  See get involved.

How do I get to the festival?

We are conveniently located just 9 km from Junction 15 on the M6 motorway.  Aughrim Village is located on the R446 between Loughrea and Ballinasloe.  On approach to Aughrim, from any direction, you will be able to follow the signs for LiveStock 2023.

What are the festival opening hours?

Campsite opens at 12 midday on the 1st of July and closes at 12 midday on 3rd July. 

Do you have to pay for camping?

Camping is free but booking is essential. Book here.

Can we take a campervan?

Yes, a limited number of campervans pitches will be available. You can book your place in the campervan site here. When you arrive, you will be guided to the campervan parking area. Please note that there are no hook up points available.

Can children attend the festival?

This festival strives towards family friendliness. Up to three children under 14 are free with a ticket holder (limited places available).  There will be plenty to keep the little ones (and their big ones) entertained, amused and enthralled. Please note that children need parental/guardian supervision at all times.  Children must be accompanied by an adult to all activities.

Can I buy alcohol there? 

There will be no alcohol sold on site, you are very welcome to bring your own beer. However, for the safety of our guests of all ages, do keep in mind that ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS is allowed on the festival site.

Will there be food vendors? 

Yes, gastronomic delights for all tastes will be available from our vendors.

Can I cook my own food?

For valid safety reasons, no fires, gas stoves or bbqs are allowed in the campsite.

Disposing of rubbish

Separated bins will be provided across the site, we highly encourage their use. Where it comes to litter, please leave no trace.

There will be a glass collection point at the entrance to the festival where all glass must be disposed of before entering the festival site.

Are dogs allowed?

We allow dogs under strict, but fair, conditions which are necessary for the health and safety of our festival goers and surrounding animals. 

Policy:

  • The dogs must be on a secure short leash/harness at all times.
  • Dog waste needs to be removed completely from the site for farm biosecurity reasons.
  • You will be responsible for any damage/mess caused by your dogs whilst on site.
  • Dogs should not bother other animals/people

Failure in this responsibility may, unfortunately, result in you being asked to leave the festival.
